What is this mean? "You are the blue in my eye."

Hello! :D I'm a native English speaker and i've NEVER heard that said before. Where did you find it from? I don't think it makes sense.
Maybe it was this instead:
You are the apple of my eye: This mean '눈에 넣어도 아프지 않다' in Korean.
