The most common approach for the phrase "Nice to meet you" / "Encantado/a de conocerte/la/lo" (similar to your proposed sentence) in KR would be 만나서 반갑습니다./반가워요.
If the term "happy" is preferred, it would become 만나서 기쁩니다./기뻐요.
