what is difference between style and methodology?

I think that style and methodology are two ways to describe how someone does something. Style is more common and can mean how someone organises themselves, how they move or speak or react, how they choose to do something. Methodology is a similar but more rigid and defined as a guideline, usually from a business or organisation etc, where the process is stated on how something should be done, the prescribed course of action.
