How can we say ''dates'' ?
1000, one hundred is it right ?
2000 two thousand
9000 nine thousand
6213 six thousand two hundred thirteen or sixty two thirteen ??

the year is said as two two digit numbers, the exception was 200x
1995 is nineteen ninety five
2000 is two thousand
2005 was two thousand and 5, but 1905 was nineteen o five
2010 is twenty ten
1000 was i guess one thousand, but i wasnt around then :)

1000, one hundred is it right ? = I presume you meant 100?
2000 two thousand = yes
9000 nine thousand = yes
6213 six thousand two hundred thirteen or sixty two thirteen ??
It's six thousand, two hundred and thirteen. The 2+2 way of separating numbers is only for years (eg 2013 = 'twenty thirteen')
