Could you explain me the meaning of "bis bald", in what kind of situation I can use it, and also its origin...

"Bis bald" is German for "see you soon". It's possible for English speakers to borrow foreign phrases when speaking or writing. (Much like the ubiquitous "ciao" from Italy!) :)
