How to write "Happy birthday! The best wishes to you!" to a person (who is older and has higher rank than you) in Japanese?

A shorter but still polite way to say is "お誕生日おめでとうございます。どうぞ良い一年をお過ごしください。"
Also, when you say "thanks in advance", よろしくお願いします is more natural ;)

If I try to say something that is close to your wishes in English, for example, 「お誕生日おめでとうございます。この一年が、(the person's name)様にとって、たくさんの幸福に満ちた日々でありますように。」
I hope this helps.
