when you are disappointed by something
eg.:
It’s really shame, that I couldn’t stay a little longer.
(C'est bien dommage que je n'aie pas pu rester plus longtemps.)

عار او عيب = shame (as shame on you)
It's a shame = c'est dommage = إنه لمؤسف = خسارة
It's a shame I couldn't stay = إنه لمؤسف انني لم استطع ان أبقى
