It's the grammatical conjugation of the verb "sprechen". In German we have 3 different personas, once in plural and once in singular, so in total 6. (That are sg: "Ich" - "I", "Du" - you, "er/sie/es" - he/she/it; pl: "wir" - we, "ihr" - you, "sie" - they)
I guess (or hope) this isn't something new for you. As said before, "spreche" is the conjugation for "Ich" and "sprichst" is the conjugation for "du". Just that you see the difference, the total conjugation row of "sprechen:
Infinitive: sprechen
Ich spreche.
Du sprichst.
Er/sie/es spricht.
----
Wir sprechen.
Ihr sprecht.
Sie sprechen.
