how can you say for the word "i am going to sleep" in japanese

I don't know what kind of situation are you thinking, but I think you can say "寝ます(Nemasu.)" If I were you I would probably say "Mou nemasu..., oyasumi nasai. (I'm going to sleep finaly..., good night.)"
