I would like to ask the foreigner's office if I have to reschedule my appointment "in person" or if I can do it over the phone or online.

Muß ich PERSÖNLICH (= in person / face-to-face) zu ihnen kommen, oder kann ich das auch telefonisch oder per E-Mail erledigen ?
