Perhaps you mean that when two little boys are very good friends. They slightly cut themselves and mix their blood. This makes them blood brothers.(Friends forever)
A brother that shares one parent with you is called a half brother.

A Blood Brother or Sister is one who shares blood with you. As in has 1 or both parents the same.
The alternative to this would be a "Step" brother or sister.
