Difference between 하지만 and 근데?
I don't understand when you should use the two. They mean but or however, right?
Can you explain this to me?Example:
보내고 왔어 근데 영국에 도착하는데 좀 오래걸릴거야..
Could you substitute 근데 with 하지만?

근데 is a short for 그런데
하지만 means "but, however, though"
그런데 means "well, by the way, anyway, but, however"
그런데 has additional meaning of "by the way" compared to 하지만
In the above sentence, you can substitute 근데 with 하지만.
