if i dislike someone...
If I dislike someone, can i say " disgusting man"?? What convertible terms i can use?

If someone is disgusting, they make you feel sick. 'Disgusting' means physically or morally repellent. You could say this, but it is quite a strong word - much stronger than just 'dislike'.
If you can tell us more about why you dislike this person - for example something about his behaviour - then maybe we can suggest some appropriate words.
