Prefix De-
When search the meaning for the word “de-” in dictionary, I got the meaning as
Prefix: De-
Undo, reverse, do the opposite.
So can I use the word "de-" with all verbs to make negation such as
de-open to mean close
Similarly,
de-work to mean “do not work”

No, it's not as simplistic as that.
If there is already a verb that exists, it sounds a little strange to make up a new word in the way you're trying to. I'd think you were trying too hard to be clever, or that you didn't actually understand the language very well.
I simply suggest more reading, and less looking for "magic tricks".
By the way, did you notice the first word in the explanation for "de-" was "undo" and not "de-do"?
