You're asking about adjective order. This is pretty important in English. (You can look up details very easily.)
The first example sounds fine, even though there's more adjectives than a native speaker would put together - we normally rephrase the whole text if we want to describe so many details.
It certainly doesn't work if you change the order. In your second example, "pretty tall" sounds like "fairly tall" or "tall, but not extremely tall". "Asian black" also sounds strange at the beginning, as if it were a specific style or fashion. The basic description is lost.
