What is the context of your question? In English, "Black shirts" refers to a number of paramilitary organizations that have existed in the 20th century, the most famous of these being the SS in Nazi Germany and MVSN in Fascists Italy.

Черная рубашка (Chyornaya Rubashka) or мужская сорочка черного цвета (muzhkaya sorochka) means a sort of man's apparel, it's a black shirt.
