Can someone explain

キレーな回転を
投げたがんのは
日本人の気質も
あんのかと思う
I understand most of this, but if you could please explain the third and last lines, it would be greatly appreciated!

As for the third line, probably the part you don't understand is がん, and this is same meaning as がる, which means "want to" "wish to" generally used as 〜したがる
And for the last line,あんのかとis same as あるのかと
I'm not sure who's saying this, but this way of talking sounds so casual, especially because of ん sound instead of る
It sounds like a young guy talking.
