Is "Now recruiting players" in French " Maintenant recruter des joueurs"?
This is in reference to recruiting new players to an amateur sports team for the upcoming season.

It's like "Les inscriptions pour les joueurs sont ouvertes" ou "Nous recrutons à nouveau des joueurs" or "Maintenant on recrute de (nouveau des) joueurs" or "Les inscriptions des joueurs sont ouvertes". I'm not an heavy sport fan, so maybe there are better translations.
In french soccer (fooooootball !!!), we have a special expression for the time in the year when teams recruit players, we call it "le mercato" (but beware, it's a kind of slang).
