What is the best way to learn phrasal verbs
This is a difficult part in english learning to me; I don't know much phrasal verbs nor when I can use them. Thanks

Learn them in context, ie. as part of a sentence.  Avoid looking up definitions, because that will only confuse you. Some phrasal verbs can change meaning, depending on the rest of the sentence.
