I think that "bloqueo informativo" is perfect

Nevertheless, in Spain it's more common to say "apagón informativo".

anyway, if you are working and  your laptop left of working, but is on.
We tell , "tengo el equipo bloqueado", o "se me bloqueó el equipo"

Well, perhaps do not tell me the word in english , tell me the problem and I tell you how is told in spanish,
