What does ぶっ生き返す mean? I haven't heard this used to much in japanese but i did hear it in a maximum the hormone song and was wandering what it meant.

Yeah Craysan no wonder you would think so, since ぶっ生き返す is a coined word. It should be regarded as an intensifier of "bring sth alive," since ぶっ is a prefix that stresses verbs after that, and 生き返す(or 生き返らせる is more common) means "bring sth alive." Maybe Ryo-kun came up with this title from "ぶっ殺す" (kill) cuz it obviously sounds like an antonym of ぶっ生き返す. The very question I've been waiting for. Love this.

Me neither, I never heard the words like this. Please remember that the songwriters often use or invent their own words for their songs though they aren't correct nor they don't exist. I think this is one of those.
