Is the sentence right?Where do you live in?
if not right,why the sentence where do you come from is right? And why the sentence, She was free to go to where she liked is right?

"Where do you live?" asks about a location. I live in Berlin.
"What do you live in?" asks about the thing that you go inside and call your home. I live in a shoebox in the middle of the road.
"Where do you come from?" asks about an origin. I come from the countryside of Moldova.
"She was free to go to where she liked" is not exactly right. Use "where", not "to where".
