What does this translate to?
めっちゃかわいい.
It's meant to say "You are very cute!" But I'm not too sure. Thank you :-」

It does mean very cute. かわいい means cute and めっちゃ is slang for very, I think it's used mostly in Kansai dialect.
All it says is "very cute" so I can't tell you who or what it was directed at. Whether it was "you" or something else.
