The only thing that tails might be is an old-fashioned and very formal men's jacket that is cut with two long 'tails' at the back. Usually worn with a top hat. Top hat and tails? Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire?
Otherwise, and more prosaically, it could - as Gillian suggests - just be towels.

We really can't know unless we see the video. As far as I can guess from the full subtitles, there are several people in this scene.
I also wonder if it's a accent thing and it's how the character says "towels".
