When we are talking about face features, can I say that having a sharp face is the same as having an angular face?

You would say facial features :)
You are more likely to say she has an angualr face, you could say, she has sharp features or sharp facial features. I think she has sharp facial features. Because you have sharper facial features you may suit ....
