What is a correct way to reply for an email received ?
Dear friends
Suppose that I received an email from my boss giving his feedback on a certain matter. Is it OK to reply for same as follows or are there better suggestions ?
" Below Noted"

You wouldn't say, same as follows, or below noted this is incorrect, but a good try.
You could say:
Thanks for the feedback, and your points have been noted.
But maybe better to say;
Your feedback has been received, thanks I will take it onboard.
Thanks, I will take onboard the feedback you have given.
Your feedback is much appreciated.
A short way could be;
Feedback received, thanks very much.
