waiver means "exención" in the sense of release from obligation or the document of waiver. Encantado :) espero haberte ayudado!

Hi, i'm from Argentina. We dont use "exencion", we use words like "excento" for example when someone is "excento" to pay some tax. Waiver is translated by google as "renuncia". We use "renuncia" all the time, for example when someone stop working in a company for his own decision, we say that he "renunció".
