Persona que sale bien en las foto?
Cómo puedo decir en Inglés cuando una persona es "fotogénica"?
Ejemplo:
"No me tomes fotos por favor, no soy muy fotogénico."
O alguna expresion que se utilize frecuente para dar a entender eso mismo?

Se puede decir muchas cosas en inglés. He/She is no stranger to good looking or they look attractive or alluring in their photos. You can say they look really hot. So many things.
