Is there any difference between "take a look", "have a look" and "Check (something) out"?
Could you give me some examples?

They all have the same meaning, but 'check this out' more colloquial/informal.
'Have a look' may be more common in GB English than US English. 'Take a look' is used in both GB Eng and US Eng. 'Check this out' is a typical American phrase, but young people everywhere also use it.
