" I learn Japanese "「学習する」それとも「勉強する」ですか。 日本語で " I learn Japanese " は「学習しています」それとも「勉強しています」ですか。

一般的に、日本人は日常会話の中で「学習する」と「勉強する」の区別をつけませんので、どちらも同じです^^ ただ、細かくみるとlearnというのは習得するという意味があるので、「学んで習得する」という意味で「学習」の方が近いかもしれません。

話をする時は、「日本語を勉強しています。」の方が自然です。 Meaning is "学習". But "勉強" is better when have a talk.
