들 is a postposition that pluralizes a noun.
Example:
사람 - person
사람들 - people
님 is a formal title added to the end of a noun that is sort of like 'Sir' or 'Ma'am' but can be used for both men and women. A common word you will hear in stores and advertisements is '고객님' which could be translated as 'valued customer'.
