What is the difference between くらい, ほど, and ばかり?

I guess you mean in the meaning of "approximately, about" right?
ほど - tends to stressan approximate upper limit
ばかり - tends to focus on the smallness of an amount
くらい - does not connote an upper or lower limit
But as said, they only tend to do so (especially ばかり)
