Gender confusion between learning French and Spanish
Any tips or advice on how to avoid being constantly confused between the two languages?

Focus on the differences to spot them in the first place and use repetition to memorize them. Blow it out of proportion: imagine it's a terrible TERRIBLE mistake and get upset when you get it wrong. It's not, but habits are hard to beat so if you don't take it seriously, you'll still get them wrong in 20 years time.
