If you remember = si tu te souviens
I'll send to you= je te l'enverrai
I sent them to you= je vous les ai envoyés

Si tu te souviens
Je te vais envoyer
Je t'en ai envoyé
Maybe the last sentence is incorrect, it could be "Je t'y ai envoyé." but the other are right
