what's the differences between it's not fair and that's not fair? When to use IT'S NOT FAIR and THAT'S NOT FAIR..or their no difference between them. .You didn't invite me to your party [it's not fair/that's not fair]

'It's not fair' may refer to a general situation. 'That's not fair' always refers to a specific situation which has just been mentioned.
