Are " Wish you happy!" and " Wish you happiness" both idomatic expressions?
Please tell me if " Wish you happy !" and " Wish you happiness !" both idomatic expressions. Thank you!

"Wish you happy!" doesn't make sense at all. We would never say this.
"I wish you happiness!" is perfectly regular grammar. There's nothing idiomatic about it.
