If you mean the year, it's nineteen thirteen.

"Nineteen thirteen."
A century or so ago, some people might have said "nineteen hundred and thirteen," but it is completely obsolete.

As a native English speaker, I fully agree with Iris: we say "from nineteen thirteen".
