I guess you already know that the Bosnian Serbian and Croatian are almost equally languages​​. So you can use textbooks and a dictionaries of any of these languages. Hi :) I think it is impossible to learn language separated from the culture, so I guess you are interested in the culture too- if so, Bosnian movies and songs could help, to make the learning enjoyable. Go learn basic grammar and vocabulary while listening to stuff you are interested in, and start speaking as early as possible with native speakers. I wish you a good luck :)
