Accommodate
"She will accommodate her plans to ours."
Can we say "adjust" instead of "accommodate"? Are there any other synonyms?
Thanks!

yes, you can say 'adjust' instead of accommodate in that context. Other synonyms that could be used are:
adapt
'fit her plans accordingly to ours'
alter
conform
change (simple yet same meaning)
I hope I could help.
