Japanese: What do you study at the university? What courses?
大学で何を勉強しますか.
何を大学で勉強しますか
大学で何を勉強していますか
何を大学で勉強していますか
Is all of them correct?
Is there any "better" way to say it?
(like what courses did you choose, etc. )

The correct answer is all.
The two sentence above, represents the future.
The two sentence latter, represents the current.
I use the best third .

I would say 大学で何を勉強しますか(to ask about the future), 大学で何を勉強していますか(present), 大学で何を勉強しましたか/していましたか(past).
