Isn't that what you wanted all along? or Isn't that what you have wanted all along?
It wasn't good from the start. or It haven't been good from the start.

Region and style have a lot to do with a question or sentence being 'correct'.
Isn't that what you wanted all along? or Isn't that what you have wanted all along?
--Either are 'correct', but adding the word 'have' makes the question a bit more formal.
It wasn't good from the start. or It haven't been good from the start.
Correction--It hasn't been good from the start.

both are ok. in second part it would need to be 'it hasn't been good from the start'
