Yes, it's "terms." And you would say, "Do these terms have the same meaning?"
Sexual ecstasy is the highest form of sexual pleasure, whereas sexual pleasure just refers to pleasure in sex in general. You would only say you were in a state of "sexual ecstasy" in a very special, rare moment.
