Verb conjugations
Can someone please give me a list on how Japanese verbs conjugate?
I had one while taking a Japanese class, but I cannot find it. I only have conjugations for the て form:
Ru-verb= +te
U-verb: u,tsu,ru = tte
U-verb: mu,bu,nu = nde
U-verb: ku = ite
U-verb: gu = ide
U-verb: su = shite
Irregular verbs: suru = shite; kuru = kite
I know my professor gave us more, I just can't find my notes. Can someone please help me? I have the hardest time with conjugating.

て形: カ变: 来る-->来(き)て サ变: する-->して 一段: 去「る」加「て」 如:食べる-->食べて 五段: イ音便:词尾是く变为い加(て)、词尾是ぐ变为い加(で)
促音便:つ、う、る结尾的都变成(って)拨音便:む、ぶ、ぬ(结尾变成んで)***以「ぬ」结尾的动词只有「死ぬ」
特例是「行く」变为 「行って」 シ音便:す变为(して)
