"Drinking from the bottle is like kissing". Meaning "If two people drink from the same bottle it is the same as if their lips had kissed".

Hi in fact this phrase doesn't make sense. It literally means "Drinking from a bottle is like a kiss".Probably what you really mean is " Beber de la misma botella es como dar un beso" Which means "Drinking from the same bottle is like giving a kiss"

To understand well this sentence we have to know the context. If a man tell you this one night I think he was flirtting with you...... On the other hand, if you are talking about how a disease can spread... you can say that you musn't drink from the bottle of any other person because "it's as danger as a kiss"
