What does graduting students mean?
For Co-op and Graduating Students.
Graduating students mean students who are doing their graduate studies at school or those who has graduated?PS: I saw it from my university's Job fair page and it says, for example, google : for For Co-op and Graduating Students-XXX(majors). I will be doing my master's degree in Jan 2015 there, and planning to find an internship. So Does it mean that graduate stuents who are currently studying at this university are allowed to apply for that position?

"Graduating students" refers to students who are candidates for graduation, but have not yet graduated.
If you are currently studying at the University and are completing your studies (usually last semester or credits), you should qualify for the position.

Generally, it refers to a student that has finished high school or university/college. They will be awarded with a degree, diploma, or certificate. For example, if you finished a degree in English at a university, you would be a graduated student.
