I need to know the main differences among these verbs, please
grin, smirk, giggle, chuckle, snicker, snort, guffaw

En inglés hay muchos verbos muy descriptivos. Así que en español a veces hay que utilizar un adverbio también.
Grin - una pequeña sonrisa o a veces con una actitud, por ejemplo, sarcasmo.
Smirk - sonrisa socarrona
Giggle - risitas (como niño)
Chuckle - risitas
snicker - también y más comun, "snigger" risitas con actitud.
snort - risa con resoplido
guffaw - una carcajada
