Stressive is not a word in English. This is a made up word. Stressful means that something makes you feel stressed (nervous or depressed). Stressor is used in science, engineering, and psychology to describe the thing that creates stress.
Stressful, stressive, and stressor are not synonyms, nor are they antonyms.
1) This situation is too stressful for me.
2) Don't make the situation even more stressful than it is.
3) High winds can be stressors on load-bearing walls.
4) The stressor for his depression was his marriage breakup.
