Which one would you say?
1. I am living in China.
2. I live in China.
When someone askes you about your resident country, which one would you use? It would be better to explain the reason why.
Thank you very much!

1. I am living in China.
This suggests that it is a temporary situation. This might be said by a person who intends to move away from China, or someone who has lived in different countries and who happens to be resident in China at the moment.
2. I live in China.
This suggests that the situation is permanent, or at least long-term.
