What's the Taiwanese expression 很ging mean in English
I need a word or two to describe it.
Is 'stubborn' okay? 'Hard-headed'?

Im a taiwanese but i dont get what you mean by "很jing". Would you please say that in english or explain so that i can help you out. :)

Stubborn-------固执(Gu Zhi) or 倔强(Jue Jiang) hard-headed(do you mean a word to describe calmness?) if so----冷(leng)静(jing)的(de)
