what is the different between (verb-to) and (most verb or Irregular Verbs) and how and when can I use it ?

"What is the difference between... and ...?" (Writing "different" is not correct.)
I actually don't understand your question. The only correct sentence is, "Did you wash your car?"
"Was you wash...?" has two major errors. We simply won't ever use this.
